Mission Statement of the club: " The Chain Reaction Bicycle Club exists to promote all aspects of bicycling in the tri-state area".

The vision of the club shall include recreational and fitness biking, touring, and racing. CRBC will sponsor recreational, touring and racing cycling activities/events, provide community educational programs, advance bicycle trails, and other activities in keeping with the Mission Statement.
